We want to renovate the house according to the specification of listed buildings and environmentally friendly and make it barrier-free. In addition to architectural services, structural and other reports, the main work is:

♦ static upgrading of beams and extensions

♦ insulation (sound and heat)

♦ Refurbishment of doors, windows, floors, facades

♦ Electrical and piping work

♦ Loft extension

♦ Renovation of the extension to a consultation room

♦ Renewal of the sanitary rooms on the ground floor and to make them accessible for all people

We need a lot of money for the renovation, because the house is listed – more than € 250,000 … We get part of it as a loan, for the rest we need your support! Even small amounts may help us a lot! Whether as a donation (preferably by bank transfer with subject: „Donation“) or in cash; or as material, or your time and expertise

Your money is lying around in the bank? And…?! Your money is lying around with us as a personal loan? Here you can see on site how something is created from it bit by bit. And we need it more urgently than the bank! Lend us your money: 3, 5 or 10 years. Instead of fat interest, you get the knowledge that a cool project has been built with it and full transparency, as well as inflation compensation.

Come in for construction assignments – small demolition work, drywall, reconditioning wooden floors, cooking food, removing debris- everyone can help us with a little tackle.
Getting involved, that can mean coming to our plenary sessions on a regular basis or supporting us directly with your experience and contacts, with technical advice or something like that in the organizational structure.
Organize a charity party or an information evening for us, we would be happy to come to your city and present our house project.

Do a solos entry shift, a kiosk or a flea market and donate part of it to us …!
